PLANNING
PPAC is actively involved in developing strategic plans for Allegany County.  In 2006, PPAC conducted a number of workgoups that were
comprised of several representatives of each sector of our community.  Each sector workgroup participated in analyzing the Student Risk and
Protective Factor Survey data, local data-current and archival, to develop recommendations for the strategic reduction of risks to youth.  PPAC
uses the
Strategic Prevention Framework Model as a structure to follow to adequately and efficiently sustain the coalition.
